We will take one of the most beautiful Gorges du Verdon exploring car routes, allowing you to enjoy amazing panoramic views of the canyon from different points and heights. We will also visit two villages: Castellane - the gates to the Gorges du Verdon and Moustiers Sainte-Marie - the village of ceramics.
In the first part of the tour, we will go around the Gorges du Verdon by car, making frequent stops to enjoy the stunning views. You will see the canyon from height of the Route des Crêtes balconies. In the second part, we will have a walking tour around Moustiers Sainte-Marie - a lovely Provençal village, known for its artisanal ceramics, medieval charm, and great restaurants.
This is a tour for the strongest. We will walk for about 17 km along the famous route, discovered and explored by the father of speleology Alfred Martel at the beginning of the 20th century. You will be rewarded by a possibility to see some of the greatest views of the Gorges du Verdon on your way.
